Jessicurl Privacy Policy

Jessicurl does not share personally identifying customer information. Sales at Jessicurl.com are recorded for inventory and tax purposes, though Jessicurl also saves Customer shipping addresses and may develop promotions based on aggregate geographical data. Periodically, though on no fixed schedule, Jessicurl will e-mail Customers with special offers and other developments related to Jessicurl. Customers may opt out of receiving these messages by logging into their Customer account at Jessicurl.com and indicating accordingly.

Customer payment/billing information is not maintained in Jessicurl's possession. Jessicurl's and Customer's financial institutions do maintain such information and in the event of a disputed charge, Customer's bank and Jessicurl's bank may be required to communicate regarding personal financial information. Use of this site constitutes agreement with these terms.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened and unused 8oz products only, within 30 days of ordering. Trial sizes, liters, gallons an accessories are not returnable. To confirm eligibility and request mailing address, e-mail returns@jessicurl.com.

Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. For security and liability reasons, Jessicurl does not accept exchanges

Sample Policy

Limit one free sample per order and each free sample may only be obtained once per customer. If you request more than one free sample with your order we will send you ONE of them and will have to guess as to which one was your first choice.

PLEASE NOTE: Samples are only available in No Fragrance Added. We cannot accommodate requests for scented samples. If you would like to try our scents, we offer many trial collections with 2oz trial sizes. Also, our sample packets are now white, and can easily be lost in a sea of packaging peanuts. If you don't see it right away, dig around in the peanuts and you'll find it. :-)

If you request a free sample that is already in your order, you will not receive the sample. (For instance, if you order a Trial Size Collection - Rich and request a free sample of Rockin' Ringlets, the sample will not be included, as RR is in the trial pack.)
