How do I access my rewards?

All good things come with rules

Jessicurl rewards are just a click away & always with you in the bottom right corner of your screen. As long as you are logged in, you can press that button at any time to see your progress, your savings, and what else you can do to earn more!

If you already have a Jessicurl account but have never used the rewards feature before, no worries! Starting October 1st, 2023, when the rewards program went into effect, any purchases made with a Jessicurl account have been tracked through the rewards program. The rewards are waiting for you, and all you have to do to activate the program for yourself is be signed in & click that button!

Please note, you cannot access or manage information regarding the rewards program or your rewards through the Account page on our website. The only place to access it is through the Reward widget in the bottom right corner.

Welcome to the Jessicurl Very Important Curly Rewards Program! We're excited to have you as a valued member of our community. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern your participation in the program. By enrolling in and participating in the Jessicurl Very Important Curly Rewards Program, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Program Overview:
-The Jessicurl Very Important Curly Rewards Program ("Program") is offered by Jessicurl, a brand owned by Jessicurl LLC.
-Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions.
-The Program is designed to reward loyal Jessicurl customers for their repeat purchases and engagement with the brand.

2. Eligibility:
-To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
-Rewards are only offered for purchases on Jessicurl.com and JessicurlUK.com.
-Employees of Jessicurl and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. Earning Points:
-Members can earn loyalty points by making purchases on the Jessicurl website or by completing tasks offered within the loyalty program.
-Points are awarded based on the dollar amount spent, as specified on the Program website.
-Points earned for each purchase will be credited to your account once the order is paid.
-Jessicurl reserves the right to modify the points-earning structure and criteria at any time without prior notice.
-Birthday points are only eligible if Members birthday is provided.

4. Rewards:
-Members can redeem their accumulated points for discounts on future purchases or products as specified on the Program website.
-Points redemption values are subject to change at Jessicurl's discretion.
-Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
-Discount and coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Price Tiers:
-Jessicurl may introduce price tiers as part of the Jessicurl Loyalty Program, which may provide additional benefits and discounts to members based on their spending levels.
-Members will be automatically assigned to a price tier based on their total spend over a specified period, as indicated on the Program website.
-Jessicurl reserves the right to adjust price tiers and associated benefits at its discretion and without prior notice.
-Changes in price tiers, benefits, or eligibility criteria will be communicated to members through the Program website or via email.
-Members in higher price tiers may receive exclusive offers, early access to products, or other privileges as determined by Jessicurl.
-Please note that price tiers are subject to change, and participation in a specific tier does not guarantee the continuation of the same benefits in the future.

6. Account Management:
-Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up-to-date.
-Jessicurl is not responsible for lost or stolen accounts or points.

7. Termination and Modification:
-Jessicurl reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program, including the points structure, rewards, or terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
-Jessicurl may, at its sole discretion, terminate the membership of any member who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Privacy and Data:
-Jessicurl respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Governing Law:
-These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
