Wet Frizz

Struggling with wet frizz?

If you find this a recurring problem on your wash day, here are my top tips to help avoid this common problem!

HYDRATE & MOISTURIZE

Make sure your hair has enough water before starting the styling process. That sweet spot with hydration will make a huge difference and ensure you get the best out of your stylers. Then, lock that hydration in with a moisturizing product such as a cream or leave-in conditioner.

📌Curly Tip: Your hair should be soaking but not dripping before applying any products.

BE GENTLE

It's so easy to become heavy-handed when raking products through the hair; being mindful when doing so will help keep the hair strands from being disrupted from their natural formation & causing unnecessary frizz.

SEAL IT IN

Once you've done all the hard work and created frizz-free clumps & waves, you need to seal it in. A gel will provide and form a shield around your curls, keeping all that hydration and moisture in

📌Curly Tip: Spiralicious Styling Gel is the perfect hard-hold gel to keep your curls in place with not a crunchy curl in sight!
